Run

ecfactors takeoff model.ifc --region VN

Whole-life carbon is moving from voluntary to mandatory, and the numbers behind most submissions live in paywalled spreadsheets and PDFs with no machine-readable form. This repo takes one position and enforces it in CI: a factor without a traceable EPD source, a date and a region is not data, and does not merge. The seed rows are deliberately flagged unverified until someone does the work of citing them.
