SiteEye reads daily site photos into progress percentages and safety flags. NghiệmThu runs statutory acceptance per NĐ 06/2021 with the CĐT–TVGS–NT signoff matrix. PCCC carries QCVN 06:2022 and the PC07 round-trip. ThanhToán computes VAT, 5% retention and 1% provisional TNDN on every progress claim.
